Dr. Mariam Khalfan Asadullah Ihab is a Consultant Dermatologist and the Head of Rashid Hospital’s Department of Dermatology.
Dr. Asadullah Ihab is a double board certified consultant dermatologist, who has a German board of Dermatology and Venerology (Facharzt) as well as an Arab Board for medical specialization in Dermatology.
Dr. Asadullah Ihab joined Rashid Hospitalin April 2022. Previously, she worked as a consultant dermatologist at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City from 2005-2011.
Between 2011 and 2017, Dr. Asadullah Ihab worked at the renowned Charité University Hospital in Berlin Germany, to get her German Board certification in Dermatology and Venerology.
Dr. Asadullah Ihab has many publications in the medical field and she has been actively teaching the undergraduate medical students as well as residents in the Charité university hospital and in many other residency programs in the UAE.
A Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, she holds an Executive Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration, in addition to her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from United Arab Emirates University.
Dr. Asadullah Ihab is an Emirati national and speaks Arabic, English and German.
